Barbara Ziogas

i have been bringing my daughter to dr. z since she was born 8 months ago, and she has never been anything less than warm, understanding, and forthcoming. she bonded with not only my daughter but also myself as a mother. a 40 minute drive is manageable when you’re getting such comprehensive and compassionate care. dr. z gets me, and she makes my daughter smile. look no further.

Dr. Ziogas has been our pediatrician for many years and I cannot imagine a better doctor for our kids. She is incredibly smart, knowledgeable, careful, caring and listens to parents. She has gone above and beyond to provide excellent care for our kids, one of which has complex medical needs and my child would not be thriving today without her. She is also highly respected by other physicians. She is a true patient advocate and genuinely cares about children. I will be eternally grateful for the care we have received from Dr. Ziogas.

Would not recommend. First appt was over two hrs long… When finally leaving the appointment, I was given a list of all appointments that had already been scheduled for the year ahead (which i was told i could call and change if needed) and while this might be helpful for some, my entire first experience in this office as a new mom felt completely overwhelming. At follow up appointments, I asked for assistance with breastfeeding & ‘Sarah’ who holds the title of nurse, lactation consultant, secretary, etc. handed me about 15 bags of mother’s milk tea and told me to drink it. (PS my child had a lip tie that was missed during that first 2 hr appt… ya know, Science) There was also an important physical health issue that the pediatrician at the hospital stated needed to be followed on as it wa

Love love Dr Z. Been here for 18 years and wouldnt change her for nothing unless she retires. She has been great through all this years with all my 4 kids amd continues providing the best care amd needs for them.

Dr. Z is fine and so are the nurses, but it's next to impossible to get an appointment. Wait times are extremely long once you do get an appointment and the front/back office is a mess. Moved away from this practice 6 months ago and very happy with the change.
