Barbara is one of the most caring psychologists I've ever received counseling from. She would always reply to my messages or emails in a timely manner and was always willing to accommodate to my work schedule, (which was in constant flux). She is very easy to reach. It's unfortunate she doesn't accept insurance. I was a bit hesitant about seeing a therapist who didn't accept insurance because of the cost but I was able to get reimbursed by my insurance company, Cigna, through my flex spending account.
