Baptist Urgent Care - Wynne

Everyone at Baptist Urgent Care was just wonderful. From the front desk to the nurses and especially Dr. Gunnels. They were kind, compassionate and very helpful. If I need medical attention again, I will certainly return. I'm very appreciative for their service.

Saturday is always the worst day to fall ill with some sort of symptoms, and the ladies that work here on the weekends are phenomenal. I always come here when my pcp office is closed for the week, and it’s great to be able to come to a place that values quality of care, friendliness, and transparency. 10/10 Would recommend.

OMgoodness. This place is a God send. The staff and Dr. Gunnels are awesome and every other word that gives them praise. Wait time wasn't very long. But who cares its New Year's Eve and they took the time to be at work. I am from out of town and the hospital has bad reviews. The people at the hotel said to come here. So we did. Quickly ran xrays since my husband was having back pain. Did covid test-no covid. Then figured out what was wrong. Called in a prescription to the pharmacy which was awesome too. I am just thankful that everything went so well. I can't express it enough. THANK YOU DR. GUNNELS AND YOUR EXCELLENT STAFF❤️

The only thing urgent about this establishment is in the name. We were visiting family and had the absolute mistake of a child getting sick so we came in. At times there wasn’t a single name called back for 30 minutes or more. Once an environment is accepted of clients waiting 3 hours, then employees think that’s the standard. There were just as many people seen as got fed up and walked out without being seen. No urgency, lack of empathy… This place is a joke. Update… still no return emails after the generic response you give all negative reviews

I ask before they tested for COVID and FLU if any additional charges was told no, but the fact they billed me an additional $100.00 after paying $150.00 needed something for cough I had for 2 weeks and because I tested positive for COVID, I got a sheet of paper showing natural remedies. 2weeksxand still have cough. Disappointed more ways than one as what has happened to this clinic.
