Baptist Urgent Care - Germantown

I was very sick over the weekend and decided that I needed to be seen at an urgent care on yesterday. I was looking at the reviews of this Baptist urgent care vs. other competitor urgent cares in the area and due to the positive comments, I decided that I would go here. I had an amazing experience here and have recommended this location to my family and friends. I was able to make an appointment online and fill out paperwork online. I arrived to my appointment 30 minutes earlier than expected and was put into a room right away with my vitals checked and several lab test completed quickly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with an established diagnosis and prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. Staff was very courteous and service was fast and doctor was very thorough and interested in my health! Knew what my problem was very quickly, explained it clearly and gave suggestions for future use. She was very personally and I recommend highly! Location great on Wolf River and very close to my home! Will certainly go again!

Great experience, staff was very courteous, timely, and knowledgeable as was the NP. Easy online appointment. Would recommend, I have to be impressed or you must be really bad for me to leave a review. I was impressed 👌.

I wasn't feeling very well and I needed to see my PCP, but they didn't have any availability until next week, which meant my symptoms would've gotten worse over the Christmas holiday. So I decided to be seen here. Everyone was so nice & caring- from check in, getting my vitals taken, to seeing the doctor. And most of all my wait time wasn't long, this is very important when you're not feeling well. Thanks to all the staff that took care of me the night of December 23rd. You guys were awesome. My son cut his head, and we went there to have them check it out. Everyone working there was friendly. We were in and out very quickly. They were able to glue his cut and kept him calm and happy while doing it. Thank you!
