They have inhumane call service and forever holds. Will pick up a phone and hung up on you and if you are on hold during their lunch starts the hold will continue forever until someone picks up the phone or not after. This location is ruining reputation for the main baptist health.
I deal with a very complex disorder and the doctors at this neurology group are top-notch, well educated, amazing communication, and offer outstanding care! I would easily recommend them if you want answers and results!
