Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis

This Hospital located in Memphis, Tennessee is my to go hospital ever. I’ve had both experiences planned surgeries and unfortunately unplanned incidents like 3-2-26. From the moment I walked into the ER with a very ugly finger that was caught in a leaf blower, fan motor. When you’re experience starts at the admission desk, those people despite the chaos going on all around them they were calm efficient, and treated me with that kind of concern that makes you feel you’re going to be alright we care about your well being. You’re in an ER so you know you’re gonna have to wait . As soon as the doctor was in front of me, he was so kind and reassuring me that everything is gonna be all right. I was so scared. My experience at Baptist East radiology department was a great experience. Tonya at the sign in desk was prompt and pleasant. Tomeka in registration was friendly and greeted me with a smile. Kim performed my ultrasound. She was nice and very informative about the procedure she was about to perform on me. I really appreciated how thorough she was and took the time to make sure I understood. I would recommend Baptist East to anyone seeking attentive care.

This entire experience was as pleasant as a colonoscopy can be. Lol! The staff were very warm, caring, and knowledgeable. They seemed to really care about my feelings and comfort, constantly asking if I needed anything or if I had any questions. I can’t say enough good things about this facility, staff and doctors. Well done!

I first went to ER and the staff got to me immediately and within a couple of hours, I was admitted to the hospital. I had a great experience at Baptist Hospital Walnut Grove, 3rd Floor. Dr. Caleb Judge and nurses, Andrea, Jaylen, Tekiah, Camille and Deborah were so helpful and friendly with a smile on their faces. We never want to be in the hospital but so thankful for a pleasant stay.

We had a great experience during my son’s hospital stay. From admission through discharge, everything went smoothly. The ER team Lilliana and Dr. Hollings (the ER physician, if I’m remembering correctly) and the entire 5th Floor North team were absolutely awesome. Jada and Katie were, hands down, the best nurses any patient or parent could ask for. Bravo and KUDOS to them both! I would also like to acknowledge Mrs. Elaine, Ashton, Elijah, Ms. Kim, Camillia, Dr. Kamo, Dr. Kumar, Michael, the housekeeping staff, the food service team, and everyone else we came in contact with for their professionalism and genuine kindness.
