I enjoyed my visit on the 24th the lady that assisted me was so sweet!!!! Even when I had to get admitted for covid in 2021 !!! The nurses and doctors was very kind and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and i received the treatments that I needed!!! The stuff is wonderful ☺️🤍

I have been here 4 times now and every time has been wonderful! The staff is friendly and accommodating! They’re on top of it and the wait is never long. I will say this 4th time was a little different. It was a completely different crew and they were all extremely nice but I saw a different doctor and I wasn’t completely satisfied when I left. What I was told and what the paperwork said were completely different and I felt like they didn’t look at my past history. My medications were incorrect and I am just use to seeing the same crew every time and they’re so on top of things but I do highly recommend this place. I’ve been in the medical field and this is by far one of the best ER’s/clinics I’ve ever been too! Even the cleaning staff is amazing and always offers blankets! So I hate to gi

I went in with chest pains by ambulance. I was in the ER for 24 hours. The doctors were great! However, the hospital had me signed in under someone else’s name. The lady that did the intake paperwork, came to the room twice during the night. The next day, she said there had been an error and they had me confused with someone else with the same last name as mine. However, when I looked at the wristband they had put on me, the last name was McCollum. I’m glad I wasn’t given any medication that I was allergic to. Very unprofessional.

I think that all the employees I interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. Their professional behavior and actions were very comforting to experience. May God bless us all. Thank you ❤️.

My visit at Baptist was very satisfactory.The staff was very attentive and concerned about my well being.The team as a whole was great friendly,kind,I could go on.My wait time wasn't lengthy.I felt so comfortable and relaxed they really make you feel like home.They made sure I left better than i came in ,mentally and physically well being.I love this place and very clean.The whole team wonderful a great place for your medical lace for your medical needs.I will go back to them if I need them.I recommend them.A 1 place for service.
