Baptist Medical Plaza

This is the worst medical care facility in the history. The MRI tech David refused to take my grandmother of 87 years old because we got to the appointment at 4:35 and it was set at 4:30pm. The reason we were delayed was traffic and heavy rain and Annalise DiBenedetto the most rude receptionist ever flat out told me there is nothing they can do because if they see my grandmother they have to stay late so I hope nobody ecru comes s back to this clinic and very disappointed at Baptist. On top I'm pregnant and they wouldn't even help reschedule

I had a great experience with Dr. Garcia Chirino at Baptist urgent care. The staff’s kindness, professionalism, and ability to make me feel comfortable is what made this an excellent medical care experience.

The worst urgent care in Doral. I went for an allergy and received an injection by a nurse who punctured a nerve in my buttock. I have been in pain for more than a month and I have had to suspend a competition because I cannot train. I went and they didn't even pay attention to me, they only told me that I had to go somewhere else to do an MRI

It was ok I didn't have to wait more than 15 min the only thing was that I was not sure if the doctor know exactly what to give for my pain.

The doctor is very professional and helpful.
