Staff was rude and discriminated I have a condition that's chronic and needs different treatment then my doctor already prescribed when it flares. They gave me the same treatment that didn't work and sent me out the door straight after giving me a shot that don't help like other treatments do. People with my condition suffer in silence cause doctors don't care. We have no right to choose what treatments we receive anymore and if we try to say anything it's automatic discrimination. I will never be back now I feel alone in my suffering and mentally tired of this bs. Why waste money and time ? Screw doctors!!!! They don't understand people like me with my condition that has no cure or targeted treatments

They NEVER do anything to help! They rush in and rush out for the $$ Dr Orisakwe, Chiricka Ezenwa was the doctor who lied about how my ear was, he didn't even bother to actually care. I told him I was hurting I couldn't hear and given the situation he put in the discharge papers there was no hearing problems no pain no swelling yet there was everything told me that the glue in my ear didn't even touch the eardrum that I should be fine yet the following Tuesday I was having ear surgery because everything he said was a lie he needs to be retrained go back to school or be fired or something. IF DOCTORS GOT PAID FOR HOW WELL THE PATIENT WAS UNDER ACTUAL TREATMENT ONLY THEN WOULD THIS HOSPITALS DOCTORS SHOW ANY SIGN OR COMPASSION FOR THEIR LINE OF WORK.

I just came back from this er visit and the Dr came into my room with an attitude from the start. Horrible bedside manner. I was in pain cause I'm passing a kidney stone and he refused to treat me . Wasn't looking for any narcotics! Just some toradol. He told me to contact my primary Dr to manage my chronic pain . WHAT chronic pain!? I'm passing a kidney stone! I have been a nurse for 25 years and the emergency rooms I worked in would NEVER tolerate a physician treating a patient like this .

I have always had great service but this morning going in at 4 o’clock in the morning for mild hives. They were so understanding and they got right on it. I wasn’t in there no longer than 30 minutes. And finding my nurses name right off hand she was absolutely outstanding the best great job Baptist health!!!!

My first visit there for the flu last year was fine and fast not issues. I come in for dehydration and confirmed my pregnancy at the time for another visit it was okay nothing g to write home about. My last visit there they literally only checked my Blood pressure saying “you can’t possibly be dehydrated your BP is fine.” I was about 6 months pregnant at this point and couldn’t keep water down, throwing up stomach acid and in a lot of abdominal pain. I get dehydrated very easily during pregnancy as my last pregnancy I had to go to the hospital 2-3 times for dehydration and then while in labor they had to keep me in a iv due to being dehydrated. I ended up passing out at a park a few days later and when I thought I was gonna have to go to this hospital I started having a panic attack becaus
