Dr.Nguyen was so sweet and the rest of the staff the min I got there front desk excellent service and staff on point and legit when I was dizzy they immediately gave me water and snacks hospitality is amazing! Every single of the staff including security super loving an amazing!

The best urgent care site with the best nurses and providers. Everyone was polite, compassionate patient and caring. Excellent attention to detail! NP Virginia Sardinas and Nurse Bianca listened to my concerns and took great care of my baby. Front desk staff Dani and xray tech Danny also were very helpful upon arrival even the environmental staff were extremely kind and kept the site tidy and clean with so many patients in lobby.

I was suffering from severe headache and neck pain over the weekend . everyone was so kind and professional which is a rarity nowadays. The front desk, nurses and registrars were friendly, helpful and professional.Dr Carbonell was great and able to listen to my issues and provide fast resolution. She had a great attotude and bedside manner. Will definitely return if I need urgent care in future.

Best service EVER. From now on, I’m only coming to Baptist if I need urgent care. I take was fast an easy, and I expected a wait as a walk in, but they took my daughter after 15 minutes. Very loving staff and the doctor was also kind and explained everything in ways I could understand. An Xray and cast later, my daughter walked out smiling. The entire thing took less than an hour. Beyond impressed and grateful for the outstanding care.

The facility is clean and well organized. The staff is kind, professional, and very attentive, and they try to address the issue you came in for as quickly as possible, which really makes you feel well cared for. The only thing I would avoid is the video call while waiting to see the doctor, during which you are asked again for personal information that you have already provided at the front desk with documents and signatures. If you are there because you are not feeling well, it is unpleasant to have to put on headphones and repeat the same information, especially since it is often hard to hear and you are already in the exam room, where you do not really want to interact with a secretary. Aside from this aspect, the overall experience was positive, and the staff truly deserves recognitio
