Baptist Health Urgent Care | Sunrise

I was impressed with how warm and caring everyone was today at urgent care. The gentleman at the desk helped me get signed in and fill out info. It was cold in the exam room and that gentleman gave me a warmed blanket The medical assistants, nurses, & doctor were all very professional and showed compassion. The Dr gave excellent info and really cared to give good advice. I was very pleased with not only excellent medical care but how everyone cared to help even in some small way. Thank you so much!

Excellent. I’ve been here numerous times and the level of service, professionalism, and kindness consistently exceeds expectations. This visit was no exception. Even though they were closing up, they were super nice about it. I felt embarrassed because it’s a Saturday evening and I understand no one wants to stay late at work, but the staff remained professional. The entire team—the young man at the front desk , X-ray tech, the doctor—they all work well together and it shows. Even the security guard was nice. One nurse, Shirley, particularly stands out as a superstar. She is the sweetest! Sunrise Baptist Urgent Care, keep up the excellent work! You SHINE and it makes a difference. One patient at a time. Thank you for making me feel so much better.

BH Urgent Care in Sunrise was exceptionally good today. They were extremely busy when we arrived, and we had about a little over an hour wait. Once in the exam room though, I was attended to right away. My nurse Sue was kind and courteous asking the necessary questions for my issue. We were even offered water and juice while we waited for my test results to come back. My PA was also knowledgeable and very kind and got me on my way with meds that were phoned in to my pharmacy so ahead of time so they could be ready by the time we arrived. To the staff at BH UC you made someone that didn’t feel well comfortable and feel welcomed.

Front desk intake nurse was very nice. She confirmed my identity and got me right in to see the nurse. The Nurse came in shortly after I arrived in the waiting room. She was attentive to my symptoms, took my vitals and listened to my concerns. Doctor Castanedo came and diagnosed my symptoms and gave me the appropriate medications. Everyone was attentive, friendly and professional.
