First of all, amazing staff, I thought I might need xrays done and remembered they just opened and they have imaging. My visit was a top notch experience. I got my meds in a kiosk right there and went home to rest. Thank you Baptist Urgent Care

Received amazing care after splitting my eye open! Needed a couple stitches and truly got the most empathetic and patient practitioners. was in and out in less than 2 hours which is far better than the emergency room considering the scenario and am on my way to healing! Shoutout to my nurse Alisa for her warm and caring nature during a tough moment and the doctor for getting me stitched up

My second visit, a disaster with the front desk. Criminals are treated better. All others, nurses, Doctors were great as they were on my first visit. The front desk individual refused to accept all the identification I submitted thereupon giving me a new application to fill. Upon attempting to fill it, I had difficulty understanding the document when I realized it was in Spanish. Upon telling her this she gave me one in English. At the very least she should have enquired which language I speak. I could have requested one in German but I doubt she ever heard of the lanquage. Even the security guard was stunned.
