I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care. They opened right on time, which I truly appreciated, especially when you’re not feeling well. The wait time was very short, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The doctors were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They genuinely listened and made me feel understood and cared for. The receptionist was one of the nicest I’ve ever met — so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Every single staff member was working efficiently while still being warm and compassionate. When you’re sick, that kind of care makes all the difference. They truly try to make your life easier in a stressful moment. I’m very grateful for the level of service and professionalism they provide. Highly recommend!

My daughter sustained an injury during basketball practice, and her coach's recommendation for this urgent care center proved to be excellent. From the moment we arrived, security was already holding the door open for us. The gentleman at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and provided all the information I requested. We were called in within five minutes. X-rays, the examination, and the application of a splint were all completed within an hour. The facility itself was pleasant and well-maintained, and the X-ray system appeared to be quite modern. The nurse and nurse practitioners were exceptionally kind and friendly to us, and they went above and beyond for my daughter. Her injury has been a challenging experience, and we are grateful for your help in making it more manageable.

8 PM on a Tuesday night. The person at the welcome desk was very friendly as were the two persons behind the reception area. After providing medical information and identification, I was seen by a medical technician & then a doctor within five minutes. After a running a few tests, the doctor also recommended that I get a chest x-ray given previous history of pneumonia. My experience was fast, efficient and friendly . A few minutes after I left the clinic the very friendly person at the welcome desk called me to let me know that I had left my jacket behind. How nice is that?

From the security to the entire staff my experience was wonderful. Everyone was caring and so kind and friendly. I hurt my hand and the did the registration for me . They took me in a timely fashion accessed my situation quickly had Wray’s taken and had a diagnosis in no time. I highly recommend going there f oh r your medical emergencies. Hats off to the entire staff.

The ER experience was wonderful. Great nurses. Once upstairs in a room again found the staff empathetic and helpful. Very professional with a friendly attitude. The awful part of the experience at the end of my stay clouded the positive feelings. The discharge experience was a nightmare. There was no way to connect doctor to doctor. The nurses and hospital doctors were not able to communicate with the visiting doctors to obtain discharge orders. There was no system available to allow them to communicate. Noone could expedite the discharge process because they could not reach the doctors involver. Four hours prior I had been seen by a resident from a cardiac team. She just repeated an exam I had three times before .I was told by this visiting resident that there will be a brief meeting "
