The care team was first-class. both of them, the front desk and the APRN Andrea Dotti. Andrea was exceptional! She treated me with kindness, very professional. She showed compassion and made me feel comfortable even though I felt so sick. She explained everything very clearly and made sure I got the treatment needed. I will be recommend this place and if needed in the future, hope not, I will come here for treatment. Thank you very much!

Arrived in late afternoon with two patients. The front desk was quick to process us both. Within minutes my mother was taken back. I followed about 5 minutes later. Staff was professional and courteous. Went through the intake process. Its as smooth as it gets. The compassion is evident throuout the entire process. We were both happy with the treatment provided. Wont hesitate to return, when needed.

Dr. Peña and his assistant were wonderful. I broke my ankle. They x-rayed it put it in a splint and sent me to Baptist orthopedic which was wonderful as well. They took extra time and care and we’re very friendly knowledgeable and even funny.

My experience was on point at every turn. Doctor Pena and Ashley were attentive and kind. With paperwork, check-in and examination all done within an hour, I left w/diagnosis explained and all questions answered. Pleasant experience.

An emergency room five minutes from my house! Worked great when I sliced open my thumb this week. This is like a mini hospital ER without the wait or red tape. Staff of three who work together. I have to return for stitches removal. No anxiety!
