Baptist Health Urgent Care - Eastpoint

We had a really nice experience at this place. We went there on Sunday evening — no wait at all, and everyone was very friendly. My wife was the last patient of the day. I dropped her off for treatment and went to pick up our son. By the time I returned, everyone had already left the building, and my wife told me that the receptionist had kindly asked if she needed a ride. That was really awesome! 👏 Thank you for the great care and kindness.

I visited the imaging department today and had the most pleasant time. The lady at the front desk, Mary, was extremely sweet and helpful. And the lady that did my mammogram was so efficient and very nice and courteous. I think her name was Marjorie, maybe? Thank you for making it an amazing visit

Had a fantastic experience there today. Had fallen on ice and ultimately was diagnosed with fractured ribs. The woman who checked me in was professional and kind. There was an issue with my copay and she quickly resolved it. The nurse, Kim, was also kind and through. She checked on me continuously throughout the 2 hour process. Yes there was a lot of waiting, to be expected, but I got continuous updates from Kim and through text. The X-Ray lady was efficient, cheerful and professional as well. Dr Fannin was also very thorough, not rushed, and answered all questions. He also had a great bedside manner and sense of humor. I received great care from all.

Fantastic experience. Staff were pleasant and doctor thoroughly explained diagnosis and treatment plan. Highly recommend for anyone needed urgent care.

3 stars only! Dr. Yamraj, was very thorough and very informative, BUT the nurse , Terri seemed put out I was there. I was very aware she was trying to hide her attitude, but it definitely showed through. I try my best to not go to the UC, but this experience with one bad apple as given me even more reason try order! Again Dr. Y and the check in reception was excellent!
