Baptist Health Urgent Care | Downtown Doral

Best care facility I have ever encountered in my 4+ decades of having to find healthcare across 8 diffenent states/ addresses! Professional and courteous from check-in to examination to diagnosis to check-out. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and I could truly feel that they cared about the patients. The nurses, techs and examining doctor all took ample time to listen, and to asl me questions as well to find out everything they could to give me the best care possible. I left feeling that all avenues of issues had been explored and was now on my way to better help because of all they did. I would 1000% recommend this clinic for anyone needing immediate healthcare.

Great front desk service from silvana and tony. Vanessa and Amy were great nurses. Dr. Goncalves was amazing. Lab results were very quick, good work from the lab tech Justin. Well run good urgent care, amazing job from the manager Edith. John was great too. Amazing service overall!

They were caring since I enter. Best I don’t need to wait for hours before I see the doctor. Waiting time 10 minutes. Nurse nice and I love the doctor caring, nice, human, explain me and took the time to talk and see me. A wonderful experience even I feel sick.

my experience was amazing. From the front desk employees to the caring nurse who took her time to listen to my symptoms and make sure I was comfortable and always kept me updated with any info and checked in on me continuously. RN Sofia Biederstedt went above and beyond for my patient care and so did Dr. Goncalves he was very patient and kind when assessing me. RN Amy Flores was also supper great at getting my IV and i didn’t feel a thing! She made me feel cared for and explained my medications thoroughly. I would recommend this urgent care with no doubt

I made an appointment online and pre-check in as soon as I arrived. I was shown to a room. Everything went smooth. The doctor saw me had an x-ray paid my part of the fee quickly via computer and everyone was very helpful nice and efficient. Best experience in an urgent care ever.
