Baptist Health Urgent Care | Doral

My experience at Baptist Urgent Care Doral was great. From the moment, nurse Guillermo came to get me in the waiting room just 10 mins from signing in. He was professional, yet funny, caring, and made me feel at ease in a moment where I was feeling terrible. The nurse Maria, who put in my IV was phenomenally sweet and caring as well. The doctor was also very thorough and took great care of me. It was the best experience I’ve had in an urgent care. Not to mention I was in and out in only 3 hours with meds in hand.

The best Baptist Urgent Care experience I have ever had. From Anthony who greeted me at the front desk, Dari who assisted with eye testing, and Dr. Morales who thouroughly explained the diagnosis in plain English. Special thanks and kudos to Sofia who compassionately assisted me throughout the entire process making me feel cared for and comfortable.

Maria the tech was so sweet and gentle with my wound care. Keonna the RN was amazing! She was caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. I felt like family thanks to them!

Walk-in early Saturday morning 9:am was greeted nicely by front desk that also registered us. Asked a few questions, offered water, coffee and the Nurse came to get us. Nurse Presley extra customer service, good mood, fast accurate service. Funny and made our visit highly pleasant and comfortable. We both were seen by Dr. C. Goncalves that ordered some tests and explained everything clearly, excelente bed side manner, thorough, empathic and knowledgeable. The staff sent our Rx to our pharmacy and Nurse Rachel kindly explained our discharged papers in an hour we were out. Overall first experience in Urgent Care 5 stars to the facility, and staff. I Assumed with most EMG service it would turn out average to poor. What a surprize when the service over delivered. A big SHOUT out for Baptist Health of Doral for showing a Caring focused approach to a high level of service. I live in NY and have Great personal health providers and go to Cleveland Clinic Executive care and know good care when I see it. Nice work Baptist Health !. Jwm
