Baptist Health Urgent Care - Breckenridge

I really loved the doctors and nurses here. The nurse today working was exceptionally good at her job. I had to receive a Covid test, and barely even felt the swab!! I have had it hurt my nose very badly before, so she truly has a soft touch and I appreciated it very much. The Doctor was also very polite. He was to the point, caring, and just was an overall very good experience. Also, loved the person at the front desk. Literally everybody at this location was so nice, helped me, and got me in and out promptly. Will definitely be saving this location for the next time I need urgent help! Thank you Baptist health!

Brought my 83 year old mother here today 10/28/2025 for a UTI. The girl at the front desk and the medical assistant were so kind and helpful and pleasant. The doctor was nice too. We were in and out in a timely manner. Such a nice change from alot of places where they barely speak or make eye contact. Will definitely go back if needed.

My grandmother in law had a clear case of shingles (that I could recognize as a Pediatrician) and was sent to the Baptist ED from UC due to concern for eye involvement. Not only were they the last to be seen by others who appeared to be lower acuity, but the ED provider told her it was impetigo (incorrect) and sent a prescription for amoxicillin (also, incorrect management). I got her in to see an eye doctor the following day and she was accurately diagnosed with shingles involving her trigeminal nerve and prescribed appropriate antiviral treatment. Very disappointing medical care provided by Baptist. Long wait times is one thing, but completely misdiagnosing an obvious rash with textbook symptoms is appalling and inexcusable.

In and out for an ear issue. Staff was efficient and courteous, The NPR who I saw was great, Flu shot did not even hurt. As with all new buildings, not enough parking unfortunately.

My rating is for the OBGYN practice on the 4th floor. Doctor Jean Nuzs is a wonderful human being, and an incredible doctor who I’m very grateful delivered my baby boy. Her nurse, Diane, was likewise a wonderful person. The desk staff and lab techs were great too! I was in good hands here. I admire the providers who work here and can’t say enough really! Thank you so much!
