I feel deeply disappointed with the care I received at Baptist Orthopedic Institute in Campo Sano. I was charged $2,253.75 without being offered any payment plan or assistance, even after explaining my medical and financial situation. I do not have medical insurance, which means I must cover all my medical expenses out of pocket. I was never unwilling to pay—I simply asked for a payment arrangement or some kind of help to make it possible. When I called customer service, I was treated with coldness and a lack of empathy. I looked for a doctor to care for my orthopedic needs for a long time. I found Dr Lerebors at Baptist late last year and was immediately impressed with his manner, his knowledge, his skills and the respect he showed me as an older athlete. He's awesome and the staff was very kind and efficient as well

Admin is extremely unorganized. Errors in scheduling, their notification system is not reliable, and they change appointment times without prior notice.

The staff at the front check-in elevator on the first floor are very rude and despotic.

Este lugar fue hoy, como un cesto de basura para mi, perdí mi tiempo, mi dinero, mi paciencia y casi que la educación. Para hacer una cita aquí tuve que enviar registros médicos (MRI) a ver si era "elegible". Según ellos si lo era, y me dieron la cita. Duré 3 minutos con una "médico o enfermera" no sé ni lo que es, y básicamente me dijo que ni mi artritis en la cervical ni mi escoliosis eran tan importantes como para darme tratamiento o enviarme a terapia física, que ellos no trataban mi caso. Que para el dolor de cabeza y mareos puedo buscar un neurólogo o tratarlo con el reumatólogo porque seguro es por la fibromialgia (todo siempre es la fibromialgia si es que tienes esta condición medica) Ahora, para que me dieron la cita si ellos no eran capaces de hacer nada por mi?
