Upon entering main building each staff is very courteous. Check in was without hassle and knowledgeable staff created a welcoming atmosphere. Staff offered knowledgeable directions to the Radiology Department. Greeted by staff Lauren, with a smile and a pleasant attitude with informative info on forms to be completed and the wait time to be seen. I'm very pleased with the wait time being less than expected. The Radiologist is very courteous and explained the procedure leading up to the testing. Before the testing started I was assured and very well pleased with the comfort in positioning my body, headphones for the noise, with pleasant music, a warm blanket, a hand held device for assistance if needed and an explanation of the time for the testing. concern regarding the care my mother received in the Emergency department by Dr. Beena Wycliffe At the time of discharge, my mother was still experiencing a pain level of 9 out of 10. It is extremely concerning that she was sent home in severe pain without adequate relief or a clear plan to properly manage it. During the visit, I attempted to speak with the attending physician to advocate for my mother. However, the doctor unformed my daughter that she “did not have time for this.” Additionally, she stated that the hospital does not treat patients based on what family members want and that my mother’s medical history was not important because she was only treating her neck at that time. Needed a CT scan was able to get a Sunday appt., which was great! Everything was right on time and extremely easy! Great service, everyone very friendly and professional. I try to schedule all my X-rays, radiology etc. at Homestead Baptist Hospital. Always easy to get spot. And in and out quickly.

I had an excellent experience at Baptist Health Emergency Care. The staff was very professional, kind, and attentive at all times. I felt well cared for from the moment I arrived. They clearly explained every step of the process and answered all my questions with patience and compassion. The check in and whole process for the imaging center is great. I love that it’s local and anyone that needs it can take advantage of it. I had forgot it was here while needing an ultrasound for my Child and ended up making one at a Nicklaus Children’s outpatient center in West Kendall at 8:30 in the morning which in Miami traffic meant I needed to leave by 7 AM and deal with the traffic. Fortunately, they open early and I was actually able to schedule a morning appointment same day so I took advantage and scheduled it and they were very efficient and understanding and very helpful. My child is young and he had to do a fasting ultrasound so they were very accommodating to try to help expedite the process so we can get to the cafeteria before they stop serving breakfast and even gave us a t
