I had an excellent experience at Health City Optical! The staff were friendly, Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, and patient in helping me choose the perfect pair of eyeglasses. They took the time to explain all my options, from lens types to frame styles, and made sure everything fit comfortably and looked great. The office was clean, organized, and very professional. The optician really cared about getting my prescription just right — I could see the difference immediately. My glasses were ready sooner than expected, and the quality is outstanding. I would strongly recommend them.

I went to Baptist Health City for an MRI. The office staff are always friendly, kind and professional. They are true assets to Baptist Health. Rebecca, the technician came to get me and I replied “good morning and how is your day?” to which I received no response. She started asking me about my attire, which I picked very carefully in order to expedite things and my daughter had just worn the exact outfit for an MRI at Rayus. She said she wasn’t familiar with the (cotton/polyester) “fabric” and I would have to wear a robe. She left and I noticed a gown laying there and looked like it had just been worn with one sleeve tucked in and one out. I put it in the laundry basket and got a fresh sealed one. I went into the MRI room and the tech said I needed to remove my mask. I told her no as I

I've been a patient since 2013, they exude the upmost compassion and professionalism At Baptist Health City (Imaging). The staff are always patient and took every to reassure me, even during the early days of COVID and never missed any of my 6 month follow ups. The facility is always well maintained and clean. The mammography, ultrasounds, and MRI with/without biopsy, (best team) are state of the art; the images and detailed reports are approved & greatly appreciated by my other medical team at NYU Perlmutter Cancer Center. Received a call from DENISE, to schedule my mom CT scans. DENISE is fantastic, very kind, very professional AND knowledgeable!
