I went in for my 37 week appointment, my blood pressure was elevated so I was sent to labor and delivery immediately! Dr. Mackenzie Malek is the absolute best, she was very informative about what was going to take place, step by step. She prayed with me and my family and delivered my 6lb 7oz bundle of joy. This was the easiest birth, no pain from start to finish of my induction. Also, the nurses and techs were amazing. I am so grateful to have been under their watch and care. They were all so attentive and caring❤️

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My husband had to go to this facility for a spinal fusion. Our surgeon, whom we already met with and planned through his practice, was great. I want to point that out as this review is not a reflection on the surgeon/surgery itself. The problem with this facility is 100000% the after care that was received. The PACU wasn’t bad and the nurse there was nice. But the moment they moved my husband to a room for the night, everything went downhill. My husband’s aftercare and pain management was ordered by his surgeon and was specific to his needs. But between the day shift nurses and night shift nurses, the timing of his meds were not being given on the proper schedule. Because of this, he would end up in severe pain to the point of crying out with pain shooti

Nurses are fabulous on 5th floor Women's Center Nursing staff on 3rd floor Labor & Delivery fabulous. They took exceptional care of my daughter and grandson. Reason for the low rating CAFETERIA and DIETARY STAFF. Horrible absolutely horrible. Entered cafeteria at 6:01 pm to find almost nothing available for dinner. Was directed to the back to find empty pans or food that looked nasty for consumption and didn't know what it was. 1 person in the back washing dishes. No one even acknowledged me. This cafeteria closes at 10:00 pm so what are they feeding the visitors and staff? My daughter has been at the hospital 24 HOURS and has NOT received the FIRST meal from the kitchen. She ordered breakfast at 6:54 am at 9:17 still NO FOOD.

0 stars! Everyone at this hospital is so rude and hateful. I live in Ohio and have been calling to check on my grandma who is here. I called at 1330 to see how she was doing and the nurse gave me straight attitude the whole time saying, “I don’t know.” Now, she has been your patient since 0700 and you don’t know a damn thing about her?! I am a nurse in Ohio and know it can be annoying at times for family to call and ask questions.. but you never be hateful and just answer their questions. This is a hard time for a family member and you make it even worse. It’s worse that I live in Ohio and just had a baby so I am unable to visit and get 0 info about her when I’m in her chart and should know something when I call and ask. Not to mention I spend over $200 on flowers and balloons to be delive

Didn't have the best experience here and the number one reason is because nurses, doctors and other medical personnel that directly deal with patients have no clear communication with eachother, whatsoever. My mom comes in and is seen in the ER and everything is fine other than the fact one NP comes in and sees her EKG and seems to allude to the fact she may have had a recent heartattack and we should talk with the cardiologist about it, then Dr. Skoronski comes in and even though my mom has memory difficulty and I am helping her with the little details, he rudely tells me to be quiet even though my mom is sitting there looking at me to help her. (And yes, I know its annoying for patients family to come in and take over the situation, but it is different when your parent is in the early st
