Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital

Everyone was so polite and professional. I felt very much at ease the whole time i was there. The nurse that prepared me for surgery was so nice and I enjoyed having her as the person taking care of me. she was great. also the nurse who was with me in recovery. they both made me feel very comfortable. Thanks to all the staff.

I came to ER and the noise there was CRAZY, just because the police officers were there and the nurses were flirting with them, they just needed the beers to feel like in a party, they don't care about patients at all. Then they admitted me to 6th floor and the nurse on charge Jaime told me that they will give me a window bed (that way I can rest) I waited for 4 hours and at the end she just change her mind and said wasn't possible (no one was on that bed). I didn't sleep at night time because of the pain I have, ER has a party (at 7am) and the room were they put me in, is being cleaned, no time to be in peace, 0 respect or considerations for patients. 0 stars Only good experience was with Clinical assistant Kiandrah and my night nurse Amy she was nice to me, she have empathy, she care ab

My family had been here many times with our child. We loved this hospital but something had changed. Empathy is now hard to find here. My husband who worked at the local dinner theater and knew all the fine people who built this hospital said that they would all be ashamed at the quality of treatment he got for bladder cancer. The doctors were smug and even commented when I inquired about using the anti parasitic drugs and admonished me saying you heard this on the fake Fox News. Not only was that unprofessional but it made me not want to use his services as he is not smart enough to not chase potential patients away with his unwarranted opinion!! Good doctors. Nurses are hit or miss. Some have no compassion. Some are rude. Had one great nurses aide. If you can take care if yourself it's a good place. If you require help I recommend bring outside aid as no one to help you eat. Most staff rude an̈d no use to file complaint as all you get is i am sorry. This place needs to train their staff better. Also when they don't want to help they say will be right back. You don't see them again. Head nurse ignore your concerns.

I was there on January 4 and had such a wonderful experience. I wish I could remember everyone’s name that helped me, but it was mostly in the ER and the ICU. After months of not knowing what was wrong with me and seeing many doctors, I finally had an answer. I was having a thyroid storm. I was so grateful to finally have people listen. I was hospitalized at a closer hospital again. My primary care doctor has switched my medicine and I almost had another thyroid storm. I since am seemingly recovered. If it wasn’t for your team who knows if anyone would have figured it out. Thank you so much!
