Perfect urgent care facility. Booked an appointment on their size. All the people were nice as well as kind. The NP was kind as well assuring me the wound was healing but there was a possible problem, so gave me a weeks worth of antibiotics and instructions to watch the area around the wound, being sure the area didn't expand. Totally efficient and easy to understand.

I was impressed with the kindness and care I received at Banner Urgent care last Tuesday. Lori checked me in with ease and made me feel welcomed. Laurie was my nurse . She listened to me. She was caring and checked all my vitals in a timely manner. Yes, asked me pertinent questions. Hannah was the PA that diagnosed me. She was very Thorough and explained Everything in detail so I would understand. I was impressed that I was in and out of the clinic less than 30 minutes. After a frustrating experience at Phoenix Children’s urgent care, I called Banner around the corner to see if they would see my almost 2 year old daughter. Lori answered my questions and treated us with such kindness, that I jetted right over to their office and was met with smiling faces and no wait. Upon arrival she made check in super easy, which allowed me to focus on my daughter. The practitioner who took my little girl’s vitals was so patient through my daughter’s cries. The doctor who came in to see us made her comfortable before even starting her exam. He talked to her, played with her with her toys, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Right after Christmas I had a UTI that was super painful. Couldn’t get response from my PCP, so tried over the counter med. No luck. Went to closest Urgent Care, but they were backed up. Went to Banner Health at Scottsdale Rd & Cochise. They were fantastic. Not a Banner Health patient, but super responsive Laurie had me fill out a couple of forms & within five minutes the friendly PA called me in. Wish I remembered her name because she was so prompt & efficient. Not more than a couple of minutes, Dr. Baltic came in. Checked my tests, called in a RX & I picked it up at the pharmacy. Cannot say enough about how professional, friendly & responsive this team was. I am super grateful. They were the best!

Reception staff was wonderful. Caring and listened when she didn't really have to. Back assistant couldn't have been sweeter, and nurse Practitioner was very helpful and ordered prescriptions...
