I ended up at the urgent care. They front desk clerk was quick and kind even though she seemed busy with paperwork from people who were gone. I appreciate that. I only waited about 15 minutes. Had to do a urine sample and by the time I can out the tech was waiting for me to do my vitals. She asked me a few quick questions about why I was there. She too was kind and smiled. We joked a little and she left. Said the provider would be in soon. Within a few minutes , maybe 5, she came in. The sample had already been processed and she let me know what the issue was. She sent out a prescription and I was on antibiotics my that evening. This urgent care center was efficient, quick with the stress or attitude you sometimes get. I will 100% go there again, if needed.

Front desk staff very kind and receptive. Wish that was the theme throughout. Got there way early before my "reservation" so waited about two hours. To be expected. Lady who took vitals was not very friendly and just gave commands while rolling her eyes when I asked a simple question. Maybe just a long day and again no real expectation. When the attending care provider finally came in, she did apologize for the wait but was very short snd brief. I explained why my dr referred me and she just gave me a blank look and was condescending.. Allegedly I was prescribed an antibiotic and was more or less pushed out bc it was close to quitting time and told just to go to Walgreens. When I got to Walgreens -nothing and of course the urgent care is closed so it was a complete waste of time. Im going

I felt they took very good care of my daughter and the pediatric unit was run very well. Everything was efficient and timely and I always felt she was looked after well. All the doctors and nurses were great and the support staff also.

Banner health Urgent care was the best experience I have had at any emergency room. I am very grateful to everyone that helped me from the check-in to the nurse to the doctor. I am very Grateful for the experience that I had.

They got me in quickly. Waited a bit for the Dr—ok. She wanted to start me on a breathing treatment. Waited a bit for that to show up. Then nobody ever showed up to turn it off. I turned it off after ten minutes and sat there probably another 20. I went into the nurses area to ask where anybody was—“oh the Dr will be with you shortly “. After another twenty minutes the Dr poked her head in the room and said “they took you for the chest Xray yes?” I said “nope “. The door closed and after sitting there another 20 minutes to half hr I just got up and left. I’d been there almost three hrs at that point. I get being busy but… simple communication is a curtesy they probably could’ve managed
