First time ever coming here and far from impressed. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment only to have to wait 13 minutes and counting after the scheduled appointment time?! And to make it even worse I’m here with one other person so why the long wait?! UPDATE: Still here. Finally in a room just to wait some more. I don’t understand this! I chose this place because the reviews said they were fast at seeing patients. I have yet to experience this. With all this said, I’ll just go to Banner ER on 99th and Thomas. These people have GREATLY wasted my time. And it’s almost an hour since the time I scheduled the appointment. SMFH

I made an appointment for two hours later that same day on my phone right from Google Maps. Was seen within ten minutes of arrival. Dr. was quick and efficient with her questions about my condition and clear about the course of action. I was done in twenty minutes and the meds were ready by the time I got to the pharmacy. Great experience for an asap issue that couldn’t wait until my primary had an opening. I was treated with respect and kindness. I would refer Banner Health to anyone in need of medical care. Way faster than the emergency room way less friction, quick and accurate care just the way it’s supposed to be. From reception to nurses to doctor. All were just perfect.

It was nice being able to make an online appointment and not have to sit in the waiting room. I received clear communication from them via texts as to when to arrive and what to bring. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist who got all my information and paperwork quickly. I didn’t wait very long before getting called back. The staff was very polite and sympathetic to me being sick. The whole process was quick and efficient. I will definitely come back here when needed. The waiting room was clean and spread out so you don’t feel like you’re sitting on top of the next person.

I appreciated the friendly staff, the ease of scheduling online, and quick in and out response. My issue is that I understood I was getting a prescription steroid (which I did) and a prescription cough syrup. At the pharmacy I was given a prescription cough suppressant, Benzonate. Brnzonate will only suppress the cough, and nothing to eliminate the cause of the cough 😢😮‍💨

I went for a simple EKG paid the $10 co-payment for my insurance but was turned away. Then they said they couldn't refund my $10!!.. so what happened to that $10 I didn't receive any service !! What kind of facility does that?.. I even had a doctor's order for a routine 12 lead EKG and they wouldn't do it!! So I didn't get the EKG and I was out $10 wow!! I wouldn't go there if I were you!! .. and they were very very rude about it when they told me they couldn't give me my money back!! What the hell?
