No one wants to go to Urgent care on a National holiday. I had a run in with a knife making my Thanksgiving food contribution to our family dinner. It was a deep cut, so I decided to have it looked at by a doctor as I felt I might need stitches. I drove to the nearest location and it was closed for the Holiday. I searched on my phone for the next nearest location. I called and they were open so I drove there and the wait was 3 hours. The receptionist was uncaring. I jumped online and searched for another location that was open on the Holiday. I called to ask the wait time and spoke with another lack luster employee. Was it my imagination or did they really not care about patients and customer service? My next search found this location and what a blessing in disguise. I drove a little fur

This urgent care has an amazing staff and the entire process was quick and easy. NP Thuzar was outstanding—so kind, patient, and wonderful with kids. She made my child feel comfortable and truly took the time to listen. We had a great experience and really appreciate the care we received.”

Great location and great service. Admin, tech and PA were excellent in getting me checked in (after I went online to book appointment - live that option!) get my vitals, and ask questions to verify my eye condition. I was seen and listened to, diagnosed and out in 30 minutes. Super efficient and my medication was sent while I was still in room and pharmacy quickly let me know they received order and by the time I drove to pharmacy my text said it was ready for pickup. So grateful for your care in detail to get me taken care of. Thank you Banner urgent care🙌🏻

Customer service is extremely important, which starts at the front desk. I was treated with professionalism and compassion, then waited to see the medical staff. They were also very professional and caring. Great place to visit when you're sick.

Banner has gone back to mandatory masking. Went in on 1/09/2026 to drop off a friend for a checkup, and while waiting in the lobby for the appointment to finish, they kicked me as well as an older lady out for refusing to mask as if we’re back in 2020. It’s as if we’ve learned nothing from 5 years ago. Scary that a “medical institution” such as banner would steep back to this level of nonsense. Will never use again.
