I had never been to this urgent care before a week ago but I am glad that I happened to be in its vicinity. I was able to reserve a time online, which, didnt turn out to be necessary as they weren't busy, but made things more streamlined anyway. didnt spend much time in the waiting room at all. the nurse, I can't remember his name, was super friendly and professional as well as quick and clean. after getting my vocals and leaving me to wait for the provider, id say I probably waited for less than 2 minutes. she was also, very nice, took my condition seriously and ordered necessary diagnostics as well as treatments. turned out I had pneumonia. she prescribed 2 antibiotics, and I haler and a cough medicine as well as a breathing treatment that I was able to do before leaving the office that

If a patient comes in sick with a sinus infection, prescribe something for it. Don't make me have to come back in 3 days when im 75x worse. F- grade for this experience. Felt like a cash grab for a 2nd visit. Patients are not stupid.

The staff proved friendly, efficient and professional service. The x-rays they took were be able to be used by my ortho surgeon to schedule, plan, and perform a surgery. They splinted my fracture and wrapped the splint expertly. You can schedule appointments online. I highly recommend this urgent care.

This was the worst experience ever. The front desk and nurses were great but the nurse practitioner was awful. My 19yo son thought he broke his foot/ankle. I took him here. Everything was going great until the nurse practitioner came in. She asked him where his pain was. He told her his foot and ankle. She said that was impossible and grabbed his foot and started twisting and pressing hard on it forcing him to move it. When he yelled ow she told him to stop it and calm down. Then said it wasn’t that swollen. It was swollen on both sides of his ankle and his foot. Then they did an xray and within 5 min said it wasn’t broke and we can leave. Not sure how they could tell in less then 5 min since there was no radiologist on hand. She said she would get the door for us because I was pushing hi
