Despite my repeated requests, the clinic has refused to provide me with access to my own medical records, which I am legally entitled to under HIPAA. This lack of transparency and disregard for patient rights is unacceptable. Patients should be treated with respect and given full access to their health information to make informed decisions. I hope the clinic takes immediate steps to correct this and improve their communication and record-sharing policies
