Bannai Family Dentistry

Our family of four had been going to Bannai since 2007 and over the years we referred several families and friends; they had been super professional and accommodating however the larger his practice has gotten the less and less availability he has, less attention he shows and his staff, less visits with him the actual dentist (you have to request to have him look when there are teeth cleanings) and the office is closed every Friday and in the afternoons. No one calls from the office anymore and only uses texts - it came to the point that my daughters' dental appointments were pushed out OVER A YEAR and then canceled appointment via miscommunication on text - stating I did not respond and no one bothered to call for clarification. Very satisfying experience. The hygienists here are very good, very professional. My hygienists this time was Sheila and she was very knowledgeable and gentile. (I have several teeth that are crowded) Dr.Banni has been my dentist for many years and will be for some time.
