Love Dr. Banister and his staff! I had very bad experience with another local dentist twice. So glad that we found Banister Family Dental. He was able to repair the damage done by the other dentist and has been taking care of my husband and I ever since. He is very honest and knowlegable in his field. He won't suggest a procedure unless he deems it absolutely necessary. His staff is friendly and caring as well. Tiffany takes care of both my husband and I for cleanings, and Kerry is always wonderful scheduling our appointments around our crazy everchanging schedules. We won't use any one else for our dental needs!

Awesome experience every time we go! Dr. Bannister and his staff have been taking care of our family’s teeth for decades. They are wonderful with children as well! If you need your teeth taken care of in Faulkner County, this is THE place to go!!

I would never recommend this dental clinic my daughter has been going here since a small child..an they never verified her insurance after not being seen for a few years.. Then when told it was changed blamed me an called my daughter a liar an the office manager said insurance verification was a courtesy an she said that courtesy was not offered to me so it's all my fault.. I'm blown away by the unprofessional ppl that work there I've been working in the medical field for over 10 years an never heard of a clinic that doesn't verify insurance.. The office staff is rude.. Peggy needs to learn respect for her patients .. She doesn't need to be in this profession if she can't be kind.. Period... Worst service I've ever had.. The office manager was no better.. 💯 Disgusted
