Banfield Pet Hospital

Was able to get my dog in for a dental cleaning and other work needed to be done. They did a door technique so that they could get the sedative on him on the 1st try!!! We tried 3 other times at another Banfield but this place got him on the 1st try!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update 1-3-2026 we were able to get him knocked out and everything done! Thank you to everyone here, you are wonderful! We now have a full game plan for future visits!!!!

They are always gentle with my baby, give details and specific instructions. Clear with all the procedures he needed and at same time.making sure he is safe and comfortable. I love my doctors and nurses. Thanks a lot.

Banfield staff are the most helpful, friendly, professional and thorough in the care that they provide to our Margaux. We are very glad to have them as the healthcare provider for her. Big thumbs up!!

They charged me for 10 months of the Banfield "Wellness Plan" after my dog died 2 months into it. They billed me out through the end of the fiscal year for a dead dog, and then put me in collections for it and ruined my credit. Banfield didn't reach out to me once during that time to tell me I was still being billed, and I didn't find out until a collection company reached out to me the way after the fact. Disgusting company, stay away as far as you can!
