My large dogs received excellent pet care! I never had any issues here, they treated my dogs like they were their own, and they always provided great communication and customer service. I’ve relocated, therefore, I no longer use them. However, I highly recommend, especially for large dog owners.

First time having to get prescription food for my cat, Sally. I explained when I called that I did not know the process or how this worked. I also explained that I needed help identifying the cat food. (It is coded) I brought two empty cans of cat food that worked for my cat. The vet had me test a couple flavors. I called ahead and verified location, and let them know I needed help as I was unfamiliar with this system. I washed both of the cans ahead of time so they would not smell. Unfortunately, I got the one staff member at Banfield Pet Hospital who really did not care if I was served or not. Her name is Bubba. When Bubba saw my two empty cat food cans, she sighed and made a remark “oh no”. I thought it would be helpful to show them what worked and to match the product with what the V

I have been bringing my dog here for over 14 years. The staff is wonderful & always make you feel welcome & more importantly they take great care of my current dog & my last dog that crossed the rainbow bridge.

I took (Bear), my Lab mix here for the past 14 years. I had him on one of their health plans. I have always been happy with their service. The staff have always been extremely nice. Unfortunately Bear got cancer and went down hill. He was 14 years old when we had to put him down. Dr. Wood took good care of Bear when he was sick and even when we had to put him down. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wood because her genuine concern for my buddy Bear and also with other dogs I have seen her with. She gave recommendations when he was sick on various things she could give him or do for him and was not pushy on any sort of medicine and/or treatments. She goes above and beyond to take GREAT care of your pet!! She's the BEST!!! Candi is usually the other staff member that has been with Bear
