New owners! So far I love them! Nice, fast and the listen. New app is AWESOME!!

My family and I have really tried, but I'm not happy with this pharmacy. They are exorbitantly over priced and will not go above and beyond to try and find an alternative for a customer like HEB does. I also feel like the employees take advantage of the fact that because they are the only pharmacy, they know that everyone will use them regardless so the practice of good customer service is not something to develop. They may be nicer to the older generations and I hope they are but if you're younger, expect distant, catty attitudes and disrespect when they speak to you. I will be taking my business to HEB. CVS doesn't count, I will never give them my money.

The new app does not work and keeps telling me that I am not a patient there. Their system is messed up

I love the people that work here, they always make sure I am well informed about my medicines and are always polite. I love that they have items on consignment from the locals, it goes to show how much they sincerely support this town and it's residents. God Bless you all at Bandera Drug, and Thank You!

We have done business with this pharmacy since we moved here. These Ladies are Great! They reach out by phone when needed and have Always been good sports about working with our needs. Drive thru: oh how our dogs love those cookie treats
