Balsam Pharmacy

We are so happy to have a family-owned Pharmacy right here in Des Plaines. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. We appreciate that we are able to get our prescriptions from this Pharmacy, as well as being able to get covid testing for no charge. It is very easy to park here right on Algonquin Road. There was no wait when we went there for Rapid covid testing. Wonderful people and family owned Pharmacy. Five stars!

I am amazed by the compassion and mercy of these people who work here. May God protect them! I am a truck driver and a New Yorker. I am here on a business trip. My truck broke down and instead of one week I had to spend three weeks here. And naturally I did not calculate the amount of medication that I take for high blood pressure that I took with me on the trip. I turned to these people to buy a few pills because I can’t stop taking this medication. They were filled with compassion for me and gave me the required number of pills for free. I am very grateful to them. They are Good Samaritans.

This is one of the best pharmacy's that I have ever dealt with. Their customer service always exceeds my expectations. I appreciate the fact that they know my name and treat me like a friend which is so different from the big pharmacy's. Keep up the great work.
