Once inside, the service is great! Don't book an appointment for 0800 (The time they are supposed to open). I had one for 0800, got there 15 minutes early, and waited in the cold until they opened at 0803. The receptionist didn't arrive until 0830, but the hygienist took care of me after she opened the clinic. Hygienist and Doctor were great.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm inviting surroundings. Using the MRI equipment instead of the clunky in-the-mouth x-rays was a life-saving change for me. A very enjoyable experience. Easy to access by taking the ART #41 bus. I am glad I made the appointment.

I came in as a walk-in with a dental emergency, and they took care of me right away. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience less stressful. The dentist was absolutely amazing and so caring—I truly felt like I was in good hands. They were professional, compassionate, and really helped me when I needed it most. It was an overall fabulous experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of quality and caring dental care.

This practice has changed every aspect of my life. I can't spend time with my kids, friends or at work without constant pain. My anxiety levels are higher than they've ever been because all I think about is getting through the pain every waking minute. I came in for a cleaning, then they did a bait and switch with a "doctor" I can't even find on the website. I genuinely don't understand how this happened. The “doctor” who completed my fillings was clearly incapable. I gave it 3 months to see if it was simply a matter of healing, but no, still in pain. I’m finding a new dentist, and I suggest every one else do the same thing.
