I have to tell you this dentist business is the best top quality of services I have experienced comparing with my other previous dentist. They the customer service are good and respectful staffs who doing their best to serve the client's expectation to meet their needs. They are good listener to meet the patient's need. From my observation based on their patience to answer the client's questions complete satisfaction. Their effort to solve client's issue was resolved. Overall their hardwork is superstars. I have no word to express than this review. I understand that they will make a time to improve a better change from customer's expectations. I encourage you to enroll their dentist business to make your life of your teeth feel beautiful and healthy as ever !

I came in for a routine cleaning, but this place insisted on taking X-rays before they’d even look at my teeth. I felt like they were more interested in upselling than actually providing care. The dentist wouldn’t even consider seeing me until I agreed to the X-rays, even though I was scheduled for a simple cleaning. It’s my body and my choice—I understand X-rays are needed if there’s a problem, but why demand them when there’s no indication of an issue? It felt like a money grab.

The dentists and hygienists are gentle, communicative, and considerate. I felt cared for by them. My issue is with how it long it takes to get appointments here. It took me 6 months to get my first appointment at this office. And if you have to cancel an appointment (i.e. a family emergency happens, sick, etc.) expect to wait another 6 months. There is a waitlist, but it's like being on call. If I can't get dental care on a regular basis what about in emergencies? The dentists and hygienists are great, but be ready to wait at least 6 months.

The dentist and hygienist seem decent but I see a brand new strange person each time I come in. I’d rather have the same people, especially the same dentist. Also I want to complain about a rude interaction with reception. After my appointment today, I was trying to get some pricing info and insurance coverage for an expensive ongoing procedure. The receptionist clearly didn’t have the time to want to help me understand the costs. She got visibly annoyed at me when I didn’t just blindly book appointments. When someone is about to spend $5,000-10,000 on a procedure, it warrants answering some more questions and not to be an impatient jerk to people who don’t look at insurance prices all day long.
