Ballad Health Medical Associates Urgent Care

They were great! They got us in and out fast. The assistant and doctor (her name was Erin I think) who took care of us were extremely friendly, helpful and understanding. We will definitely keep coming here for our medical needs! Thanks so much!!

My visit was excellent! The wait time was very short. Every member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m not a fan of Ballad Health, but this group was great. I have been to this place a couple of times for not feeling well or for whatever reason the waiting time is not bad but when you see someone it seems as though the come in the room they look at you and send you on your way then the bill you a great big bill for just looking at me then charging outrageous prices and not really doing anything it seams as though things chsnged that all doctor care about is making money use to be that people cared for people and how people would go out of the way to help somebody that was a cash paying person. It's not that way anymore. And it's sad. As a cash paying person, I think it would be better. If doctors would still take their time and go out of the way to help somebody feel better. Every time I have been to this urgent care I have received top-notch care. Today I saw Gabe and John The PA. Both compassionate professionals. I was also seen within 10 minutes. 5 stars🎖️

The staff at this urgent care are great. I rarely have to wait, get accurate diagnosis and they are efficient as well as friendly. I'd rather go here for myself and my kids medical needs than our primary doctors.
