Ballad Health Medical Associates Urgent Care

I went for a back xray, I didn’t have an appointment, I was a walk in from the Dr I had just seen at Ballad Health. I only waited 10 minutes before I was taken back to start my xray. The xray tech was very sweet, she walked me through what she needed me to do & when to do it. She made sure I was comfortable at all times. Thank you for making this a delightful experience.

Excellent service, and doctor. Had a long wait. A lot of flu cases. However that was not their fault. I am very happy how they handled me. I went there a couple months ago to have stitches taken out of my foot. Different doctor and he was excellent also.

I wasn't there long. The lady that took me back was not friendly, then when I get in the room the lady setting at the computer didn't introduce herself wasn't friendly, not to mention talking too me with her back to me and if it wasn't for my husband I wouldn't know what the lady had said.. Dr took one look at me with no blood work or X-rays and said you're dehydrated go to the hospital. Wasn't in there 10 minutes. I'm dreading to see the bill. Dr appeared more friendly but didn't get blood work or anything. Now I've got to pay a bill there and a 1,000 bill at the hospital.

Great experience, did an online booking for an appt, super easy and walked right in at my appt time. Every one was very nice and easy to talk to from the nurses to the Dr. They helped me out to get a diagnosis and what I need to get back on my feet. 3 weeks ago went to a different urgent care in Kingsport and was sent away with a wrong diagnosis and nothing to help. I am more than happy with this urgent care and if I need to visit one again... this is my place!!

McDaniel was absolutely wonderful! She treated my daughter & I; she was very helpful & understanding with our situation. You don't find many like her.. She had a listening ear to our needs; was very caring & prompt. Thanks so much for all the assistance provided by all!
