My mother is a patient here. She had to visit the ER at Johnson City Medical Center a few years ago. It was a very scary time of her. I am so glad she was teamed up with these providers. Dr. Jbara and Dr. Kommineni visited her as well as many others from this practice that we didn't catch their names. The respect and caring from them all means a lot. We recommend Ballad Health CVA Heart Institute to anyone needing this type of care they offer.

Dr. Parks & Dr. Ramu are wonderful. However, who ever takes care of sending orders needs to do a better job. I had an echocardiogram scheduled at Franklin Woods. I arrived early & could not get checked in, because the order had not been sent. The lady working at the check in had been trying since the day before to get the order faxed over. It was 15 mins past my appointment time when I was finally able to have my echocardiogram. The order was faxed over without the doctor’s signature and I believe it was a nurse who had signed the order. The tech was able to approve the order so I could keep my appointment.

Really great I didn't have to wait. All the personnel were very caring .The nurse practitioner was amazing and answered all my questions and made me feel so much better. I originally went to the ER with a heart attack and Dr Ghumman's care was amazing he took time to explain everything to my family and I was very relieved and confident in him. The lord surely put him at the right place and time to save me. I would recommend these physicians to anyone.

Great group! DR.Ramu And his team stayed on top of everything. And their is a team.. they listen and care to. I've had terrible experiences but this place gives me hope in the medical world. They go beyond their job... my heart is literally in their hands. And best part they don't feed you unnecessary medicine.

First off I'm per diabetic and I had to be at the hospital for my procedure at 8:00 Friday morning. I hadn't ate anything since Thursday afternoon. They didn't take me for my stint procedure till 12:30. I kept telling them my sugar drops around 10:00 if I don't eat but they didn't seem very concerned. I didn't come out of my procedure till about 3:30 p.m. I wasn't offered anything to eat but a pack of crackers. My wife had to go to Chick Fil A and get me food. That night after my wife left they put me in a room that was so cold I had to try to sleep in my jogging pants and had the nurse bring me 3 blankets and I was still freezing in that room. When I finally fell asleep at 6:00 Saturday morning they came and moved me again to the main hospital when I told them my wife was picking me up at
