Best dental office I've ever been to in my entire life. The facility and service is absolutely impeccable. Extremely clean. The staff is top tier. They are so nice, funny and comforting. I've never felt like a burden in any way, doctors offices in general need to use Baldwin Park family dental as the standard.

I took my 3 year old to her first ever dentist appointment here and they were so incredibly amazing with her! I was nervous about it but she had a smooth and positive experience thanks to the efforts that they took to make the appointment welcoming and friendly. Thank you to Laurie and Dr Ortiz for such an amazing first dental appointment for my child!

So happy with my decision to move from Aspen Dental to them! They're always professional and tremendously friendly. For anyone forgetful, they have automation in place to remind you of your appointments and have been supportive of any needs to reschedule. Admittedly, the dentist has always been my least favorite doctor to see. However, Dr. Ortez has created a warm, friendly and well-organized environment that I’d recommend to anyone in search of a new dental home. Everyone from the admin team to the hygienists are receptive, available, thorough and focused on individualized care. Now instead of going a couple times a year for a cleaning, I’m locked in with cosmetic dentistry with Invisalign and annual teeth whitening. Adi has been wonderful with my Invisalign plan of care. She is always so positive and practical. Lori is great with teeth cleanings and I look forward to seeing her next month!
