Baldwin Health Primary and Urgent Care - Gulf Shores

So I went in to urgent care right here in this lovely town of gulf shores Alabama where I live as a local resident an I was trying to establish a primary doctor so I did all my paperwork as n seen the nurse did blood pressure an stated everything I needed to be seen for which were ,blood pressure,head aches that's possibly from blood pressure, foot pain,an symptoms of COVID,an infection in my toe nail. So the nurse said no state everything u need to be seen for cause that's what they r here for. So the nurse left an within 4 minutes the lady docter came in an I believe her name was Lisa she told me that I had to many issues to be seen at once that I would take up to much if her time on 1 patient that I needed to pick 2 maybe 3 things I wanted to be seen for an set another appointment for

I’m so impressed with Baldwin Health Primary and Urgent Care in Gulf Shores. I made a same-day appointment, and was seen within 15 minutes after I arrived. The team was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and so friendly. I’m visiting from Minnesota, and of course think MN has great health care facilities, but this place surpasses any MN urgent care facility I’ve visited. They listened, they answered my questions, they knew what to do, and they were so nice! Thank you for the excellent care.

The ease of scheduling online was a plus. The NP has a great bedside manner. She listens to your concerns. This was my 2nd visit with her and she is always on top of her game. The check in process could have gone better. One lady was handling the check in part and another lady was there on the computer. The process could have gone faster if two were working check in. When you’re sick you don’t wanna stand waiting for an extended time. Overall I would recommended.

I went like an hour and a half before they closed on a Friday night, first time that I have been, there for myself. It did not take long for them to put me in the system for me to answer my questions and for them to see me. The nurse practitioner Debra was really nice. She completely explained what I did not understand. I was in and out in a timely manner even though she didn’t rush me out because she was trying to hurry up and leave. She took her time with me. I really appreciate that! Thank you Debra!!!

Despite the reason I was there, I had a wonderful experience at Baldwin Health Primary & Urgent Care. The entire staff was phenomenal, kind, attentive, and incredibly respectful. They took the time to really listen, and what meant the most to me was how they honored the fact that I’m in recovery. They offered alternative options without hesitation and made me feel completely supported the whole time. It’s rare to find a team that shows both excellence and compassion, but they absolutely did. Highly recommend! 🙌🏻
