Hands down the best pharmacy around! Staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to pay attention to every detail. You never feel rushed - they genuinely care about their patients to make sure everything is handled accurately and efficiently. They know every customer by name! Their delivery service is a huge bonus to make life easier. And there’s always a friendly voice who answers the phone after only a couple rings. Highly recommend Balbonis!

I can't say enough good things about all of the folks at Balboni's Pharmacy. After being a C*S customer for years, I was frustrated that one of my medications was constantly "out of stock". My Father in Law recommended Balboni's last year and I haven't looked back. Going from a Big Box pharmacy to a Mom and Pop drug store has been a pleasure. They are always a text away (and a person, not a bot answers - telling me to have a nice day and giving real time updates on my prescription questions or statuses). I’m changing pharmacy’s from (cvs to Balbonies)i’m a disabled veteran. I have multiple medication’s that I have to get on a weekly and Monthly basis, my psychiatrist has been trying to get me to change to Balboni’s for like a year and I finally made the change. I haven’t even physically gone in there yet and I can tell that they’re gonna be 100% better than Cvs due to the fact that they spent almost a half hour on the phone with me when I called to make sure all my prescriptions were straight compared to CVS they don’t even answer the phone.

We’ve been going to Balboni’s for generations because of their personal service, because they are easy to talk to and caring in person or on the phone and because they offer everything the chains do without the chain. Recommend without reservation.

This pharmacy is a small neighborhood pharmacy in North Plymouth I’ve been going here for about four years now after getting fed up with Wallgreens and CVS in the long waits you feel like just the number so I made the change to Balboni drugstore by far the best pharmacy I have been to the pharmacist and everyone there is great to work with always a smile and willing to listen to a story
