Balanced Well Health Center

Echoing several comments made before me here. My "unpaid" bill was sent to collections after 8 months without ever being contacted by anyone from their office. They have our phone numbers, mailing addresses, email addresses and insurance information. When I tried to contact them for assistance they said there is no billing department staff that the public can speak to and they do not send out invoices. I personally delivered the payment to their office and handed it to one of their staff 8 months ago. My insurance company confirmed the two checks totalling almost $400 had been cashed. When I called their office again I was told that their billing department works from home and can't always keep track of everything and that they need to have proof that they cashed the checks. Similar to other people's experiences, I went to Balanced Well Health Center two separate times for Covid Testing a year ago. What I thought would be a "free covid test" being covered with insurance turned out to not be the case. Next thing I know, a year later a collection agency reaches out to me saying I owe over $800 for both tests. Despite providing my contact information and address at the time of the test, I never received a bill or any communications prior to them sending the bill to collections. This is very frustrating and has impacted my credit score! I advise against coming here, and going somewhere else that is more organized and ethical.

I have been a patient of Doctor Riley's for 6 months The doctor has done a terrific job in guiding me through my wellness journey based on my needs. Throughout our interactions he has exhibited a deep knowledge for my condition and has been extremely response to any inquires or concerns that I may have. I would highly recommend Doctor Riley's and his staff. In my opinion, they are first class.

I recommend this Center to anyone serious about getting better health wise. ALL OF THE DOCTORS AND STAFF ARE AWESOME!!!! Everyone has their unique gift in helping you get better. They extend their time and service genuinely, in conjunction to having patience while interacting with you. The doctors take their time to explain procedures in full detail to ensure you understand the process. Using everything that I have learned by way of treatments and therapies received during my scheduled visits at Balanced Well Health Center, I am able to move more freely and gain more energy to accomplish my daily tasks without feeling wiped out. I especially love that u inform us up front of what to expect with each visit and knowing how caring all of u r is a big plus in our healing process. Keep up the great works n know we appreciate each and everyone of u for ur knowledge, kindness and caring. People skills and being able to communicate on layman terms are definitely the most important things needed in a holistic situation. Comfort, consideration, n patience are extremely top rated here.
