Balanced Massage

Both Cara and Katie have been so helpful in holistically addressing my tennis elbow pain and weakness, seeing it in relation to neck, shoulder and fascia patterns to create a comprehensive treatment plan that relieves pain and postural limitations while feeling wonderful and relaxing as well. I am also a massage therapist, and love learning even more when working with such skilled therapists. I feel great after seeing them and I love the home stretching self care reminders as well. Lovely clinic and therapists, I highly recommend!

Amazing amazing amazing amazing amazing amazing gift I was given by a dear friend who sees Rebecca. I have had many massages in my life all over the country and Rebecca's work was impeccable. She put my body into a deep state of relaxation I haven't felt in 10 years, she also held space for emotional release, and throughout check on my coziness level to make sure I had maximum comfort in my body. She spontaneously used Chinese flat stones on my back and worked with breath techniques combined with deep tissue get my body to release tensions that were store up after navigating divorce. The secretary encouraged me to make some tea and ground out afterwards before driving home! Thank you thank you thank you I will definitely be back and highly recommend!!!

Yesterday I met Katie for the first time. She is not only very kind and grounded but knows what she is doing. I was happily surprised to experience in only 30 minutes massage a huge difference from when I stepped into the door, for the better of course. She used not only some stretching but also myofascial release and she was able to get my hips straight. I'm so happy I found her. I signed up for a package deal and can't wait to go again.

Rebecca was amazing. I get regular massages but had a gift certificate so I gave it a shot. By far the best massage I have ever had. She completely transformed my body in one hour.

I’ve always dealt with a lot of tension in my shoulders/head, and I saw Katie while we were on vacation. Her touch is gentle, but magical, and relieved more tension than when I’ve had massages with a very firm touch. She even gave me a couple exercises that I could do at home to help with migraines. I wish we lived closer so I could see her once a month!
