Just had a session with Kate and was more than expected! Very Professional, and would rather not go anywhere else besides Balanced Health! Id say Jessica and Kate are my all time favorite massage therapist of all time!

I had the best massage from Jessica. She definitely listens to where you are having issues and does a great job at working out the areas you have pain. My muscles feel so much more relaxed now. I have also had CST from Kate and it really helped me relax my nervous system. Highly recommend both of them!
The massage was beyond great. I felt so much better afterward. Jessica is awesome! She found all the knots and tension. I can move around easier and I am just more relaxed. Already scheduled my next appointment before I left. Self care is so important, not only for physical health, but mental health, too!
