Would recommend Balance to any runners struggling with injuries or issues during trainings! They are very individualized and helped me adjust my training plan to accommodate my healing! Also, scheduling with them is very easy and flexible. Overall, a great experience.

When I came to Balanced Chiro and PT I was in rough shape having pulled ligaments in my lower back. I was hardly able to walk without some of the worst pain I’ve ever dealt with. The team here, primarily Megan and Seraphina, not only educated me but curated a plan specifically for me and adapted with my pregnancy in order to continue progressing towards healing. I can honestly say I have no pain and could not recommend this kind and well rounded team for you Chiro and PT needs!

The Balanced staff has been incredibly caring and considerate, and they consistently followed up with me to see if I needed any additional support. I am so impressed by the friendly and efficient professionalism of Balanced. Communication is excellent. In a day when many physicians don't have the time to offer physical examinations and rely on expensive testing instead, it is remarkable to find Dr. Spillman, who has discovered many of the underlying physical issues that were never revealed by MRIs, CT scans, etc. I finally feel validated AND am seeing incredible results, which were not expected.
