Kara is an exceptionally talented healer. I never had myofascial release before and she clearly explained the benefits vs traditional massage. Before my first session with her, I had chronic pain in my neck, back, and hips. After the first session I noticed a dramatic change in how loose my body felt. I've had a couple more since then and feel dramatically better! Her home care suggestions have been tremendously helpful in helping me continue to prevent chronic back and neck pain.
