Balance Point Vestibular Rehabilitation, LLC

I had never been to a PT before until I was hit with an acute and quite severe case of neck strain. It was so extreme that moving my head was a challenge. Fortunately, I was referred to Diane Percy at Balance Point Rehab. Dr. Percy worked with me over several weeks to not only deal with the immediate pain, but more importantly, to address the underlying cause (posture). In addition, she helped me correct several errors I was making with regard to form in my weight training exercises which have improved my performance and success. It also helped resolve and reduce the recurrence of some back and shoulder muscle strain. From the day I started I have been impressed. My therapist is extreemly knowegable, hands on, which is so difficult to find, and I feel better each time I go. She knows exactly where my areas of pain are coming from and works on each with full concentration. My experience at the front desk has been as positive as well. No issues making appointments and I was able to book out. Total experience is a 5 each and everytime.

I have been so pleasantly surprised at how fast Diane identified my issues and how fast the work she has me doing is getting me better. I feel so much more confident walking now and not being in constant fear of falling or getting dizzy, and that after just 3 visits. I would recommend her to anyone with vestibular issues.

Excellent physical therapist, I highly recommend. Extremely knowledgeable, effective, friendly and accommodating. Diane really made me a believer in dry needling.

The therapist is great. Scheduling appointments is terrible. They are constantly Canceling appointments and trying to reschedule appointments when it’s good for them not for you.
