I had the best experience at Balance with my PT Michele. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable and understanding with unique physical problems and always worked around them to develop specialized physical therapy. Her empathy meant so much to me. I loved the friendliness within the facility. Other therapists would say hello and talk to you like one big family. The front desk could be as friendly.
